[Shipping Under COVID-19 Virus]

Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic the postal services are experiencing significant delays in some areas, please order in plenty of time as we are unable to guarantee delivery windows at present.

Shipping nowadays will take longer time than usual(maybe 15 to 45 days). US routes are severely blocked up. Medical resources are prior to other pacakges. We understand your impatience while waiting. But we hope you all to be safe and well.

Please consider twice before you place the order. If you want to cancel order please do it within 2 days BEFORE sent out. After shipment make, we cannot accept requirement of refund especially when lacking shipping resources.

Normally it takes 1-2 working days to process the order and additional 7-15 days for shipping. For some districts it may take longer time.
During peak seasons (like 11.11 & Christmas) shipping can take additional 3-4 working days.
Discount codes are not eligible for shipping fees. But we provide free shipping for orders over $100.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
It normally takes 4-7 days for expedited shipping. For some districts it may take longer time.
