REIS

Real Estate Information System, REIS is an internet-based information system that gives users real-time real estate information about a particular real estate development. The information includes development details such as location map, type of layout plan and facilities. The systemcomes with features that provide timely and comprehensive information, giving the user a clearer picture of the development.

Masterplan

This feature provides a current and complete view of the whole real estate development area, including Phase 1, 2 and 3, as well as the future development of the real estate. The users can have a better view and understanding of the community development surrounding the project in the future.

Location Map

Similar to Direction in Google Maps, this is a new addition to REIS, whereby the users can acquire direction from any location within a, e.g. 20-km radius, to the property, or any desired location. Indicated by different colours of lighting and running light, this feature gives more precise visual information to the users, indicating direction to any desired destination.
