Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee & Return & Exchanges Policy
Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We’re always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need. All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 14 days from date of received. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not include:
• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use or any use for which the product
• Was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
• Damages incurred during transportation
• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
• Any used, previously displayed items
If after examination of the product and/or part(s) in question; AM Design finds them to be defective under normal use and service due to defects in material or workmanship,
AM Design will:
Repair or replace the defective product or part(s); if AM Design has made several reasonable number of attempts in repairing the product and/or part(s) to conform to the warranty; then
AM Design will replace part(s) or product.
Purchaser is responsible for any charges exceeding a reasonable amount as determined by AM Design and for returning product and/or part(s), whether or not the claim is approved. Purchaser is responsible for the transportation cost for the product or part(s).
The choice of remedy shall belong to AM Design. Repair or replacement is the only remedies against AM Design under this limited warranty.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom colour(Colour Tolerance 5%), custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Guarantee Section above will be taken care of with any custom product we’ve produced.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at marketing@amdgn.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out the repairing or replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item(not for customized product).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your replacement or refund will be processed, within a certain amount within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marketing@amdgn.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketing@amdgn.com and return your item to us.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over USD100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AM Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AM Design will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
